Unlike so many meetings, the beauty of PowerUp coaching series is that you are doing the work in the meeting, with a powerful and flexible framework that gives you a new language and way of seeing your role, your work and your impact.
Through hands on thinking and discussion we’ll create a clear visual summary of how and where you are investing time in your programs and priorities. That ‘system’ level view of your work will enable you to clearly see, and articulate, what’s bringing you down and ‘off-road’, and the steps you can take today to increase your impact and effectiveness.
Session Approach and Reporting
Meeting time is precious, and I have designed the PowerUp process to make optimal use of your time. To ensure our time together is productive, I will take care of all the preparation, notes, and synthesis for each session. As we will cover a lot of ground in each discussion, a clean and tight capture of the substance and highlights will be essential to making the most of our time together.
After each session I will playback the data and highlights for you, as well as any promised or relevant frameworks and diagnostics. The process does not assume that you do any ‘homework’ in between, as we’ll quickly be able to build on where we left off.
After our third session I will provide you with a written final report that captures the data and conversation highlights, clean visuals and documentation. The process of unpacking the key elements of your role, the ‘downward’ pulls and alignment with goals creates clarity – the noise, complexity and overwhelm are replaced by a clear and effective picture of what is, what matters, and what you can do now, to increase your strategic impact.
Clients share that ‘when you can see it, you can say it’. That is, once they unpack the complexity, they can effectively tell the story of what’s working, and what’s not, with confidence, and create a clear path for tackling the right things in the right way. The final report will include the key themes and messages that enable you to share your process, and conclusions and clearly articulate where and how you intend to focus your time, talent and energy.
